CONSTRUCTION CONSULTATION

Facilitation and Coordination or Referrals to:

Programming

• In depth review of your specific design needs
• Determine job requirements, timetable and projected budget
• Conceptual architectural design development with client and architect

Purchasing and Consultation

• Purchase designer materials on your behalf as needed and approved
• Consult with outside trades people

Installation

• Job site visits to review framing, rough electrical, plumbing, lighting, drywall,
installation of cabinetry, fixtures and finish materials as needed.

Schematics

• Space planning
• Provide furniture layout and floor outlet locations
• Provide detailed floor plan and elevations for the kitchen, baths and all other necessary spaces
• Review the reflected ceiling plan

Design Development

• Develop design concept including color schemes, design styles, finishes and materials
• Consult on appliance, plumbing, lighting selections and hardware
• Design flooring including tile, stone and wood and sustainable materials concept plan.
• Design and provide information for window treatments and automated sun protection
• Provide detailed finish schedule for bidding and installation

INTERIOR CONSULTATION AND DESIGN

Project Evaluation-Programming and Analysis

• Define needs and goals in order to identify style
• Analyze function of space and traffic patterns
• Determine use of existing furnishings and art placement  and suggest future purchases
• Establish Budget
• Define technical requirements
• Measure areas and furnishings included in project

Drafting

• Provide working drawings and elevations that include a furniture plan

Design Development

• Develop design concept to include color schemes, furniture styles and materials.
• Visit vendors, showrooms to determine style
• Review photos, books and magazines
• Select furniture vendors

Concept Application

• Select flooring, wall coverings, window coverings, lighting,
plumbing, furniture, hardware, fabrics and accessories
• Design custom furnishings, as required
• Evaluate budget and selections
• Review for scale, balance, harmony and composition

Purchasing and Procurement

• Define purchases required
• Provide purchase orders and process with vendors
• Coordinate crating, shipping, receiving and delivery
• Expedite orders

Installation

• Coordinate with all trade sources as needed
• On site installation of interior furnishings, window coverings, accessories and art
